K., between 04.06.2014 and 16.12.2014 performed relocation works in the premises of Chemar Armatura Sp. z o.o. The works included: disassembly, transfer, re-assembly, alignment and plant tests of 32 machine
tools. The task was performed during normal operating hours of the plant.
