In June–September 2014, we relocated the works of Chemar Armatura Sp. z o.o. with their production continuity preserved.
Project scope:
- Disassembly of 34 conventional and CNC machine tools,
- Transport to a new location
- Repeated assembly and commissioning
- Production tests
The entire process took place during normal production and required of us perfect coordination of all tasks. Relocation was successful and completed in line with the adopted time schedule.
