his is to certify that Mr. Bartlomiej Tatara, a managing director at the company trading as Fornach, supervised implementation of the project named “Dismantling of a pneumatic transport system of HDPE granules” at our chemical plant in the year 2017.
Work carried out by Fomach as part of the above project was consistently characterised by high quality. Fomach’s compliance with the rules for occupational safety should be particularly emphasised here. The employees of Fomach, including Mr. Tatars. demonstrated deep and comprehensive specialist knowledge. and were capable of using it effectively in practice. The agreed objectives (in terms of safety, quality and time schedule) were conscientiously pursued and achieved.
